Warehouse Supervisor

Warehouse Operations Supervisor- Plan, organize, and monitor the receiving, storage, and dispatch of all goods and materials- Ensure optimal utilization of warehouse space and layout planning- Supervise loading/unloading activities and ensure proper material handling- Implement and maintain 5S and good housekeeping standards

Inventory Control- Maintain accurate inventory records using SAP/ERP system- Conduct regular cycle counts and annual physical inventory- Investigate and report inventory discrepancies and slow-moving/obsolete stock- Ensure FIFO/FEFO principles are applied for applicable materials

Team Leadership- Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff, storekeepers, and forklift operators- Develop work schedules and assign tasks to ensure smooth daily operations- Promote safety culture and ensure all team members comply with HSE procedures

4. HSE & Compliance- Ensure all warehouse activities comply with company HSE policies and local regulations- Conduct regular safety inspections and toolbox talks- Ensure proper storage of hazardous materials according to MSDS requirements- Maintain valid certifications for lifting equipment and forklifts

5.

Coordination & Reporting- Coordinate with Procurement, Projects, and Operations teams for material requirements- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on inventory status, KPIs, and warehouse performance- Liaise with freight forwarders and logistics providers for inbound/outbound shipments- Support internal and external audits related to warehouse and inventory

• Bachelor's degreeExperience:- 7-10 years of experience in warehouse/logistics, with minimum 3 years in a managerial role- Experience in Oil & Gas or Industrial sector is strongly preferred- Proven experience with ERP systems, preferably OracleSkills & Competencies:- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics- Leadership and team management skills- Excellent organizational and planning abilities- Proficient in MS Office and Oracle/ERP systems- Very Good skills in English
