Alba Talent is hiring experienced B2B appointment setters to work remotely, calling US business leaders.

You are paid in USD, twice a month, on a fixed schedule.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You book qualified meetings with US decision-makers.

On this seat that means HR directors, heads of people and CHROs at US companies, booked onto a short call with our client's founder.

  • Outbound calls each day on our Salesfinity power dialer.

No manual dialing.

  • Discovery-led conversations.

You are not selling on the call.

You open a real conversation and book it.

  • Follow a client-approved script you are trained on before you ever dial.
  • Keep your CRM clean so your team lead can coach you from real data.
  • Work 4:00 PM to midnight Cairo time, Monday to Friday.

WHAT YOU DO NOT HAVE TO DO

  • Buy your own dialer.

We provide it.

  • Find your own leads.

Our data team builds fresh verified contacts every day.

  • Train yourself off YouTube at midnight.

We have a full course platform with AI practice calls.

  • Chase your paycheck.

Twice a month, USD, same dates, every time.

  • Work alone.

Requirements & Qualifications

WHAT MAKES YOU RIGHT FOR THIS

You speak English clearly enough that an American executive forgets where you are sitting.

You have called businesses, not consumers.

You know what a gatekeeper sounds like at 9 AM EST.

Required:

- 3+ years in B2B outbound calling, appointment setting or lead generation

  • Clear spoken English.

This is the single most important requirement on this role, which is why question 1 is a recording.

  • Available 4:00 PM to midnight Cairo time, Monday to Friday, full time
  • Quiet workspace, wired headset, reliable internet

Moves you to the front of the line:

  • Appointment setting for US or UK companies
  • Experience with senior buyers rather than consumers
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive and a power dialer
