Job Description

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products/services.
  • Respond to customers through phone, email, or other communication channels.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up when required.
  • Achieve assigned customer service and quality targets.
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary

Requirements & Qualifications

  • University graduates only.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; previous experience is not required for selected accounts.
  • English level:B1+.
  • Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Good computer skills.

  • Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work according to the assigned account's shift schedule.
  • Competitive salaries starting from10,000 EGP Net + Variable, depending on the assigned account.
