Job Description

  • Manage thefull recruitment cyclefrom sourcing and screening to interviewing, selection, offer, and onboarding.
  • Source candidates through, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
  • Recruit for a wide range ofconstruction and technical positions, including:
  • Civil Engineers
  • Site Engineers
  • MEP Engineers
  • Technical Office Engineers
  • Site Supervisors
  • Foremen
  • Skilled Workers
  • Other construction and technical positions
  • Conductinitial screening interviewsand assess candidates' technical background, experience, communication skills, and suitability.
  • Coordinate interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain an updatedcandidate pipeline and recruitment database.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Support urgent and high-volume recruitment requirements across different construction projects.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular updates on vacancy status and candidate pipelines.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of proven

experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.

  • Hands-on experience recruiting for construction, engineering, site, or technical positions is a MUST.
  • Good understanding of construction-related job titles, technical profiles, and site-based roles.
  • Proven experience sourcing candidates throughjob portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and direct sourcing.
  • Strong CV screening and interviewing skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to managemultiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree inHuman Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldis preferred.
