Job Description

  • Leadthe entire procurement cycle for civil and architectural projects, from initial vendor identification to contract finalization.
  • Prepare and managecomprehensive tender documents, ensuring compliance with project specifications, budgets, and timelines.
  • Conductthorough market analysis and supplier evaluations to secure the best value for money and highest quality materials/services.
  • Negotiatecontracts and agreements with suppliers and subcontractors, optimizing terms and mitigating risks.

Requirements & Qualifications
