HSE Compliance: Follow up, control, and implement HSE procedures and recommendations, with full adherence to driving policies and HSE standards.HSE Culture Support: Support management initiatives to strengthen and promote a positive HSE culture across the organization.Daily Operations: Perform daily tasks in accordance with HSE Golden Rules while maintaining company standards and procedures.Customer Communication: Respond to customer emails, inquiries, and calls professionally and within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Order Processing: Print customer cards and coordinate deliveries to the front office within the defined SLA timelines.Account Reconciliation: Reconcile customer trade accounts and provide necessary support to Account Managers.Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints effectively and achieve resolution targets within SLA requirements.Payment Administration: Process customer payments, maintain accurate records, and update logs in accordance with established procedures.Reload Request Management: Handle customers reload requests efficiently and in line with SLA commitments.Prepaid Account Management: Monitor prepaid dues, mitigate recurring issues, and perform regular prepaid account clearing activities.Balance Reporting: Prepare and provide daily customer trade account balance reports.Statement of Account (SOA)

Management: Generate and send customer SOAs on a quarterly basis.Customer Onboarding: Ensure timely creation of new customer accounts and card issuance within SLA requirements.Go-Live Coordination: Manage customer onboarding and go-live activities with a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and customer focus.Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a customer satisfaction rate of at least 90% for Back Office activities.Professional Conduct: Maintain excellent communication standards and foster positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.Attendance & Compliance: Adhere to attendance requirements and all work process standards.Team Collaboration: Maintain a positive attitude, support colleagues, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.Teamwork & Engagement: Demonstrate strong teamwork and actively contribute to the success of the department and organization.
