Branch Expansion & Leasing Specialist

Search for new branch locations in malls and prime commercial areas.Analyze locations based on traffic, competition, visibility, and sales potential.Build strong relationships with mall managements, landlords, and real estate brokers.Negotiate rental prices, contract terms, and commercial conditions.Handle all leasing procedures and follow up on contracts until signing.Coordinate with internal departments regarding branch setup and opening plans.Prepare location comparison reports and expansion recommendations.Monitor market trends and competitor branch expansions.

Previous experience in retail expansion, commercial leasing, or real estate developmentExperience dealing with malls, commercial landlords, and leasing companiesStrong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skillsGood knowledge of commercial areas and the retail market across Cairo and other governoratesAbility to evaluate and select store locations strategicallyExcellent networking and relationship-building abilitiesAbility to work independently and achieve expansion targetsStrong reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skillsBachelor’s degree is preferredExperience in the mobile retail or electronics industry is a strong plus
