Category Operations Manager

• Develop in-depth insights into shopper behavior, including their habits, motivations, and decision-making triggers.
• Translate shopper insights into category strategies that enhance engagement and influence purchasing decisions.
• Create and implement Customer-Facing Category Strategies and establish Perfect Store guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build annual category forecasts, ensuring accurate monthly projections and activity plans.
• Design and oversee the yearly trade activity calendar aligned with category objectives across different channels.
• Track category performance, providing trade support to sustain business growth and momentum.
• Optimize trade spend budgets, manage promotional plans, oversee category management initiatives, and enhance profitability.
• Define distribution targets to secure optimal market penetration for key SKUs.
• Ensure product availability and visibility across various trade channels.

Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration.Years of experience: 8-10FMCG background is a must (Category Management).Experience in Shopper & Consumer Insights, Trade Marketing & sales Revenue Growth Management and business Analytics & Forecasting is a must.
