- Communicate with guests through WhatsApp, phone calls, and booking platforms.

• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Follow up with guests throughout their stay to ensure their satisfaction.
• Handle guest complaints and problems and coordinate with the appropriate team to resolve them quickly.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams when guest assistance is required.
• Provide guests with information about the property, house rules, and available services.
• Keep accurate records of guest requests, complaints, and important updates.
• Follow up on upcoming arrivals and ensure all required guest information is received.
• Maintain Kemetland’s customer service standards and create a positive guest experience.
