Responsible for providing excellent customer service.

In addition to ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsible for responding to clients’ inquiries promptly and professionally following company’s policies and procedures.
Explore opportunities to deliver added value to the clients.
Responsible for preparing and updating the daily report.
Responsible for handling and following up with customers’ complaints and requests promptly.
Communicate with the clients regarding any events, and campaigns.
Perform any other duties as assigned

المتطلبات والشروط

FM experience is a must
Fluent in English “written and spoken”.
1-3 years of experience in client relations within a relevant industry.
Knowledge about customer satisfaction and retention.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Active listening with professional problem-solving skills.
Be familiar with CRM systems and practices.
Multitasker and effective time management skills.
