Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way in person (at sales outlet or service center) or via phone, email or chat (for B2B and B2C customers)
Identify customer needs and help customers with their orders entry and confirmation
Update our internal ERP with information and useful discussions with customers
Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance (B2C role)
Communicate with team members to complete job responsibility in timely manner
Inform customers about new products and offerings
Follow up with customers to ensure their activity with company
Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams

المتطلبات والشروط

Good communication skills on the phone and emails
Good Arabic writing skills
Basic computer skills
Multi-tasking abilities
Patience when handling tough cases
Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role is a plus
Familiarity with Automotive industry is a plus
Understanding of how CRM systems works is a plus
