Main Responsibilities :
1.
Key Account Management
- Manage a portfolio of high-value dental accounts and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
- Conduct regular client visits, business reviews, and maintain high engagement.
- Understand customer needs, purchasing behavior, and operational challenges.
2.
Sales Growth & Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Expand the product mix within each account.
3.
Market & Business Development
- Onboard new clinics, centers, and group practices.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships, contracts, and exclusive agreements.
- Present new launches, promotions, and full product solutions.
4.
Account Planning & Analysis
- Prepare annual account plans with forecasts, KPIs, and growth strategies.
- Analyze sales reports, market trends, and competition inside each account.
- Develop action plans to defend and grow market share.
5.
Customer Support & Training
- Act as the main liaison between the customer and internal departments (logistics, finance, technical).
- Solve order issues, stock concerns, and after-sales requirements promptly.
- Provide product demos, training, and technical support when needed.
6. CRM & Reporting
- Record visits, interactions, and opportunities on CRM tools.
- Submit weekly activity reports and monthly sales forecasts.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all accounts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry, Pharmacy, Science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in dental sales & key account management.
- Strong understanding of dental consumables, equipment, and infection-control products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and CRM proficiency.
- Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel.
المتطلبات
