Monitor daily website/mobile application orders and sales performance.Process customer orders accurately through the internal sales system.Follow up with customers to confirm orders, support repeat purchases, and enhance customer experience.Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and pending orders professionally.Coordinate with Supply Chain and Fleet teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.Track stock availability and communicate any shortages affecting orders.Support promotional campaigns and online sales activities.Generate daily/weekly sales reports and order status updates.Suggest ideas to increase online sales and improve customer retention.Maintain and update customer database/CRM records when applicable.
