Horeca Key Account Sales Specialist

Supervise and lead the Horeca sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Horeca channel, focusing on hotels, restaurants, and catering clients.Build and maintain strong relationships with key Horeca accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.Coordinate with the marketing and distribution teams to ensure timely delivery and optimal product placement.Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.Train, mentor, and motivate sales representatives to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.Resolve client issues and complaints promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to represent the company and expand the client base.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
