Manage the full HR cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and processes.
Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues professionally.
Manage attendance, leaves, payroll coordination, and personnel activities.
Ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and company regulations.
Support training and development initiatives.
Monitor employee performance and assist managers with performance evaluations.
Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee records.
Support management in workforce planning and HR-related decisions.

المتطلبات والشروط

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in HR, preferably with previous experience in an HR Manager or senior HR role.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.
Good knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and social insurance regulations.
Strong recruitment and employee relations skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Experience with HRIS or HR management systems is a plus.
Fluent Arabic and very good English communication skills.
