الوصف الوظيفي

Sourcing & Outreach:Identify and contact potential drivers through job boards, social media, and industry networks.
Candidate Screening:Conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and fit for our fleet’s specific routes.
Vetting & Compliance:Coordinate the collection of MVRs, background checks, and drug screenings to ensure alignment with DOT and FMCSA regulations (training provided).
Offer Negotiation:Clearly explain pay scales, benefits, and home-time expectations to secure driver commitments.
Administrative Management:Maintain accurate candidate records within our tracking systems and manage the onboarding paperwork process.

المتطلبات والشروط

Strong Communication:Ability to speak confidently and professionally with drivers from diverse backgrounds.
Sales Aptitude:A natural ability to persuade, "close" leads, and build professional relationships.
Technical Proficiency:Comfortable using email, office software, and learning specialized recruitment tools.
Adaptability:A proactive mindset with the flexibility to communicate with drivers during their off-peak hours.
Organizational Skills:Ability to manage multiple applicants simultaneously and follow up promptly.
Experience:Prior experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service is preferred.
Education:BSc in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is a plus.
Industry Knowledge:Willingness to learn trucking industry regulations and driver qualification standards.
Language:Full fluency in English (written and verbal).
Internet:Minimum30mbpsdownload speed.
Hardware:Laptop/PC withCore i5 processor(or higher) and at least16 GB RAM.
