Acts as the primary HR point of contact for assigned department heads and senior leaders
Understands business goals well enough to proactively flag people risks and opportunities, not just respond to requests
Owns the annual and mid-year performance review cycles for the business unit, including calibration sessions
Supports succession planning and identifies high-potential employees for development tracks
Manages grievance handling, disciplinary processes, and termination cases in line with Egyptian Labour Law No. 14 of 2025 and internal work regulations
Serves as an escalation point for complex ER cases that HR Business Partners cannot resolve independently
Supports restructuring, job architecture updates, and org design initiatives within the assigned unit
Partners with the OD function on role clarity, span of control, and reporting line reviews
Participates in salary review cycles, bonus calculation processes, and market benchmarking for the business unit
Ensures internal equity and alignment with the broader reward framework
Manages and develops a team of HR Business Partners or generalists
Sets clear priorities and holds the team accountable for service quality and turnaround times
Owns HR metrics for the business unit — turnover, headcount, time-to-fill, engagement scores
Translates data into recommendations, not just dashboards

المتطلبات والشروط

8–12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity
Strong working knowledge of Egyptian Labour Law;

GCC labor law exposure is a plus

Track record of managing performance cycles and employee relations cases end-to-end
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field;

HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) preferred

Fluent Arabic and English
