الوصف الوظيفي

Collect, verify, and complete mandatory hiring documents for new hiring.
Prepare, execute, and renew employment contracts.
Maintain and update physical personnel files and digital HRIS records.
Manage all Social Insurance procedures (Form 1, Form 2, and Form 6) directly with relevant government insurance offices.
Track daily employees attendance, shift schedules, overtime, lateness, and leave requests.
Prepare and validate accurate monthly payroll variable data (including deductions, overtime hours, unpaid leaves, and allowances).
Administer medical insurance coverage, process medical leave claims, and handle work-related injury reporting with insurance providers.
Execute formal offboarding procedures, including company clearance processes, handover forms, and resignation documentation.

المتطلبات والشروط

Bachelor’s degree Law or a related field
Professional HR Certificate or Diploma is preferred
In-depth knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law (Law 12/2003) and Social Insurance regulations.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Must-Have), and high proficiency in MS Office programs & Windows environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills.
Industrial sector experience is a plus.
Good in English.
