Responsibilities:
Lead and inspireyour team to deliver outstanding customer service and operational efficiency.
Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
Oversee P&L management, ensuring financial targets are met and operational costs are controlled.
Implement and maintain rigorous food safety standardsand hygiene protocols.
Develop and execute local marketing initiativesto drive foot traffic and enhance brand presence.
Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationsto ensure product availability and quality.
Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Handle customer feedbackand resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliancewith all health, safety, and labor regulations.

Strong Hospitality Management expertise, capable of inspiring teams and delighting guests.
