Sales & Marketing Director

Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or professional commercial certifications are preferred.Experience Minimum 15–25 years of experience in construction, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.

Strong experience in contracts management, cost control, and commercial operations.

Experience in large-scale construction projects and manufacturing environments is highly preferred.Technical Skills Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and construction commercial practices.

Excellent understanding of costing, budgeting, and financial analysis.

Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes.

Ability to analyze BOQs, drawings, and project specifications.Soft Skills Strong negotiation and communication skills.
