Sales Supervisor

Supervise and coach sales representatives on daily field activities.Achieve monthly sales and distribution targets.Ensure proper execution of promotions in Modern Trade accounts.Monitor pricing and credit policy compliance.Control expiries and minimize returns.Follow up on collections and outstanding balances.Prepare daily/weekly performance reports.Develop the sales team through on job coaching.Expand distribution and open new accounts.Sales target achievement.Collection ratio.Inventory turnover.Returns percentage.Active customer growth.

3–5 years of experience in FMCG sales supervision.Experience in processed food or chilled products is preferred.Strong exposure to Modern Trade & Key Accounts.Leadership and analytical skills.Advanced Excel & reporting skills.Willingness to work extensively in the field.Working in the Food Industry
