Manage the full recruitment cycle for blue-collar and white-collar positions.
Handle onboarding and orientation for new employees.
Prepare employment contracts and maintain personnel files.
Ensure compliance with the Egyptian labor law and social insurance regulations.
Follow up attendance and leaves and provide payroll inputs. and overtime
Handle employee relations, investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
Coordinate training programs and employee development initiatives.
Generate HR reports (turnover, headcount, absenteeism, and recruitment metrics).
Maintain HRIS records and employee database.
Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Coordinate with department managers regarding manpower planning and hiring needs.

المتطلبات والشروط

Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in amanufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social insurance.
Experience in Recruitment, Personnel, and Employee Relations.
Very good command of English.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
