Manage theend-to-end talent acquisition process, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviews, selection, and hiring.
Coordinate and deliver effectiveemployee onboarding sessionsto ensure a smooth transition for new joiners.
Develop and maintain onboarding materials, processes, and checklists.
Support the implementation and continuous improvement ofperformance management processes.
Track employee performance against KPIs and agreed objectives.
Prepare and maintain performance tracking reports and provide insights to management.
Support performance review cycles, including goal setting, follow-ups, and evaluations.
Maintain accurate employee and talent-related records and reports.
Work closely with department managers to identify hiring needs, talent gaps, and development opportunities.
Contribute to employee engagement and talent development initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree inHuman Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of relevant experiencein Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, or HR.
Solid experience inrecruitment and candidate management.
Proven experience inemployee onboarding and orientation programs.
Hands-on experience in performance management and performance tracking is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of KPIs, performance evaluation, and goal-setting processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Proficiency inMicrosoft Office / Google Workspaceand HR systems or ATS platforms.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with different departments.
