Source candidates through databases, social media, networking, and headhunting.
Create and post job advertisements on job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
Conduct CV screening and initial HR interviews.
Coordinate technical interviews with department heads.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer stage).
Maintain recruitment trackers and update HR databases.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

المتطلبات والشروط

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative roles.
Knowledgeable of recruitment processes and job posting platforms.
Good understanding of CV screening and interview coordination.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with HR systems is a plus.
